The 2^nd Israeli Game Unconference – Hosted by IBM and Yossi Vardi

The Israeli gaming industry will come together once more to discuss, brainstorm, share and play in Yossi Vardi’s Game Unconference: A gaming conference where the participants create the agenda.

IBM Israel is proud to host this unconference, a full day of sessions ranging from design to business distribution and from technology to creativity. Following last year’s success, this year we are adding even more fun to the mix with a bigger gaming area, the best speakers in the Israeli games industry and some excellent pizza to top it off.

The game unconference is a free and open event for gaming professionals: Designers, Artists, Entrepreneurs and Programmers. Those who work in the field of gaming, and those interested in venturing the gaming industry waters are welcome. The unconference has no pre-determined agenda, and the speaker list is decided on location in real time, opening a door for everybody who has something interesting to say to come up and impress his/her peers.

Please join us and save the date: Friday, October 30, 2009 at the IBM building in Kiriyat Arye, Petah Tikva.

אי-כנס משחקים השני בחסות יוסי ורדי ו-IBM ישראל יוצא לדרך

ב-30 באוקטובר 2009 תעשיית המשחקים הישראלית תתכנס שוב לדבר, לשתף ובעיקר לשחק ב"אי-כנס משחקים" בחסות יוסי ורדי ובאירוח IBM ישראל.

IBM ישראל גאים להיות המארחים של אי-כנס זה: יום שלם של הרצאות ושיחות בנושאי תכנון משחקים, הפן העסקי, טכנולוגיות ויצירתיות. בהמשך להצלחת הכנס בשנה שעברה, השנה הכנס יכלול אזור משחקים גדול יותר, המרצים הטובים ביותר בתעשיית המשחקים הישראלית, וכמובן פיצה!

"אי-כנס משחקים" הוא אירוע חופשי ופתוח לאנשי מקצוע בתחום המשחקים: מתכנני משחקים, אמנים, יזמים ומתכנתים. אלו שעובדים בתעשיה ואלו ששואפים להצטרף אליה. "אי-כנס משחקים" אינו מציג תוכן עניינים מראש. רשימת המרצים מבוססת על משתתפי הכנס ונקבעת ביום הכנס עצמו. בכך אנו מאפשרים לכל אחד שיש לו מה לתרום לקבל את הבמה.
